Shared toilets in the Economy rooms are not adequately disclosed!!! The property is hard to access without a car, and the parking situation is painfully cramped!!! The corridors are claustrophobic, not ideal for maneuvering luggage!!!

Why I’m torn on this
The onsen experience was truly remarkable, offering privacy and relaxation. The traditional ryokan vibe enhanced our stay, and the view of Mt Fuji was breathtaking during sunset.
Despite the serene setting, accessing dining options was a challenge. many places were crowded or full early on.

The private onsen was a highlight, allowing for a truly relaxing experience with all the essential amenities provided. Enjoying the spacious room was a pleasure, especially with the comfortable bedding that contributed to a restful night's sleep. However, access to dining options nearby was limiting, with many places crowded or full, which hindered our plans. The shared kitchen had limited availability for certain activities, leaving us searching for alternatives.

Serene atmosphere with a lovely garden area and 24/7 access to unique onsen baths. The staff were welcoming, and the complimentary bike rentals added fun to exploring the picturesque surroundings. 🌸🚴♂️
Shared bathrooms could be cleaner, and clearer information on room amenities is needed.
